DY DINH LE

Former Air Force pilot, scientist, writer, philanthropist

Biography

Author, a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University, was an Air Force pilot of the former Republic of Vietnam. He currently lives and works as a senior scientist in the U.S. Previously, he was the Executive Technical Director in Training—embedded within the U.S. Army Two-Star General Command Group at Aberdeen Proving Ground—and graduated from the Cohort of the Executive Development Program for large organizations of over 10,000 civil servants and military personnel and $10B budget. During his 37 years of service to the U.S. Government, in federal and state branches, Author wrote many scientific papers, technical reports, academic dissertations, and seminar presentations. He has frequently delivered keynote speeches and given technical talks at conferences and universities in the U.S. and abroad. One of the aviation technologies and capabilities he has conceptualized, Virtual Risk Agile Maneuver Sustainment (VRAMS), is being developed by the U.S. Army. Another scientific concept he has also developed, Fabrics of Artificial Intelligence Technology for Healing (FAITH), is being reviewed for patent.

After the devastating loss of his beloved parents, younger brother, and one of his best friends (formerly his wingman in the Vietnam Air Force), writing stories has become a part of his life. In the early morning, before the sun rises and the world awakens, he finds solace in writing. It has become his ritual, a sacred routine. As he sit in the stillness of dawn, his thoughts flow freely onto the blank digital pages before him. The silence of the early morning hours allows his mind to wander, to explore the depths of his soul and heart. With each stroke of the computer key, he weaves stories, express emotions, and pour his soul onto digital papers. In this peaceful solitude, he finds clarity, truthfulness, peace, and inspiration. Writing has become the cornerstone of his early mornings, a practice that nourishes his creativity and returns a sense of purpose to his day.

He and his wife—separated only once for 81 days during their treacherous journey through the South China Sea to seek freedom—have been married for over 47 years. They have two children and daughters-in-law, five grandkids, and Lola and Teddy Bear.

Dy's first book, Beyond the Fear of Death, which has been translated into the Vietnamese language (Vờn Bóng Tử Thần), is now available for sale. He donates the net proceeds of these books to many charity organizations in the U.S. and abroad.

True love from family is a remarkable gift that fills our lives with warmth and happiness. It is the unconditional support, understanding, and acceptance that make our bond unbreakable. Alongside the love of our family, the kindness of good people and friends adds an extra layer of beauty to our lives. Their compassion, generosity, and genuine concern remind us that we are never alone in our journey. They stand by us during both joys and sorrows, offering a helping hand without any expectations. Their presence in our lives brings comfort, laughter, and a sense of belonging. Together, the true love from our family and the kindness of good people and friends create a tapestry of love and support that we cherish deeply.

THANK YOU!
