I am deeply grateful and feel privileged to receive this patent plaque and recognition from Texas Tech University, the TTU Office of Research Commercialization, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. I accept this honor on behalf of my native country, the Republic of Vietnam, and in memory of those I hold dear from beyond—especially the heroes who have sacrificed their lives fighting for freedom during and after the Vietnam War.
